We really hope you love your purchase from London Paperie. However, if you do wish to return an item to us you are welcome to do so within 28 days of receipt. Return postage is at your own expense and all returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable. 

 

If you wish to exchange an item, in order for us to process your request as quickly as possible, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any bespoke/personalised prints and products unless faulty.
